Automation Developer

7robotics is seeking an experienced and driven Automation Developer to join our growing team. This is a full-time position focused on the sales and development of robotic systems within the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of technical sales experience and a strong understanding of automation technologies.

• Drive sales of robotic systems and solutions in the manufacturing industry
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to support business growth
• Provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, from initial inquiries to post-sales support
• Work closely with engineering and project management teams to ensure customer requirements are met
• Stay current on industry trends, new technologies, and emerging standards in automation

• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Experience with AutoCAD and 3D modeling software
• Proficiency in simulation software such as RobotStudio or similar 3D tools
• Ability to create clear and detailed technical documentation and proposals
• Familiarity with business software (MS Office Suite) and CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical concepts clearly to a variety of stakeholders
• Self-starter with a high degree of motivation, grit, and the ability to work independently
• A commitment to staying informed about technological advancements in the robotics and automation fields
