Upon order placement, we schedule a kickoff meeting to introduce the project team, align expectations, and confirm key milestones.


We develop system concepts and refine them into detailed designs. Final designs are reviewed and approved before release to production planning.
Components are sourced and the system is manufactured according to approved designs. Materials and subsystems are tested in-house prior to integration.

The system undergoes functional testing and quality assurance. Customers are invited to observe Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) before approval.
The system is shipped, installed, and commissioned on site. Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) is completed to confirm operational readiness.


After startup, system performance is monitored. We address issues, implement updates as needed, and provide training and support.
We evaluate project success against initial goals, gather feedback, and document lessons learned and next steps.
